James B. Vincent began what is today Vincent, Roth, Toepfer & Leinen, P.C. in 1953, when he opened his solo legal practice in Galena. On January 1, 1967, Robert R. Roth joined Mr. Vincent in the practice. Mary M. Vincent joined the law firm in 1983, Michael A. Toepfer in 1996 and Ronald J. Leinen in 2005. Each of the firm’s attorneys was born and raised in Jo Daviess County and has a strong commitment to community service. Among the organizations that our attorneys have supported are the Galena Art & Recreation Center, the Lion’s Club, the Warren and Galena Chambers of Commerce, and the Apple River American Legion.
